This facility should be avoided. The nursing staff ignores the patients lights when something is needed. The facility is dirty, floors not swept or mopped. Dust an inch thick along the walls and corners. The laundry appears to not be getting done either. My mother has waited for several days for her clothes to be returned with no satisfaction when staff is asked. Their response is they don’t know. Send your loved ones somewhere else. I chose this place because of the 5 star rating, as I see now , the rating is severely padded probably by staff. AVOID…

I don’t understand why they would leave a iv port in for 2-3 hours after it was finished in 30 minutes Why did they always serve cold breakfast, no matter What it was, Why would a nurse use bp cuff on your wrist when it belonged on your upper arm, yes the reading are different Some staff was wonderful but then there’s always one with an attitude. Why would you wait 3 hours to get Tylenol when your hurting

I have been visiting a friend of mine for over a month at Unger Park. I witness all employees busy every visit, but they always take time if we have a question etc.. I want to give a shout out to Rhonda Chatman for going above and beyond to help keep the spirits up of my dear friend, for brushing his hair and braiding it. I visited my friend tonight to see Rhonda step in the room to bring a cup of ice and to discuss a future beard trimming for my friend. This isn’t the 1st time she’s done this. I felt she deserved a shout out for caring for her patients. All the nurses are wonderful that I’ve come in contact with but, Rhonda deserves credit where credit is due! Great staff! Keep up the good work! Thanks for all you do!
